All homes are sold as-is, based on their current condition as shown in photos. We specialize in providing the home itself assisting you with acquisition and coordinating delivery throughout the Southeastwhile installation can be handled by your local contractor or organization.

Here’s how our FEMA Auction Assistance Program works

Register with us in advance to be notified of auction opportunities.
When an auction is announced, you place funds in escrow based on your maximum budget.
We attend and bid on your behalf, using our experience to get the best deal.
If we win, you’ll be invoiced and required to release payment within 24 hours.
The unit must be removed from the auction site within 5 days.
